JOB DETAILS:

Role Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Manager to ensure the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property assets. You will develop and implement comprehensive security protocols for the entire facility, including the building, grounds, and parking areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Recruit, train, and manage the security team.
• Oversee the installation and monitoring of all security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Security Manager in a 5-star hotel or high-security environment.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, observational, and crisis management skills.
