The Security Officer will safeguard hospital premises, protect patients, staff, and visitors, regulate access control points, and secure institutional assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Monitor entry/exit gates, register visitors, and prevent unauthorized access to restricted hospital wards.
• Facility Patrols: Conduct continuous security patrols around hospital grounds and buildings.
• Incident Management: Handle security disturbances, log visitor records, and assist during emergencies.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: KCSE Certificate; formal security guard training from a recognized firm or National Youth Service (NYS) background.
• Clearance: Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
• Competencies: Vigilance, physical fitness, and professional interpersonal skills.
