JOB SUMMARY

Winstar Security Solutions Limited is seeking to recruit qualified and experienced Security Patrol Supervisors to be based in Nairobi and Mombasa. We welcome referrals and applications from competent candidates.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in a security-related course (Security Management, Criminology, Disaster Management or equivalent qualification)
• At least 2–3 years' experience in security supervision or a similar role
• Valid Motorbike Riding Licence (mandatory)
• No criminal record

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate Security Officers at assigned sites
• Conduct regular site visits and patrols to ensure proper Security Officers deployment as per schedule
• Handle incident reporting and conduct preliminary investigations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and client requirements
• Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents
• Maintain discipline and enforce company standards across all assignments
• Induct, train, and mentor Security Officers at their assigned sites
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to management
