JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a competent and experienced Security Supervisor to join our  team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing security personnel, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises and its occupants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of security guards, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement security strategies and protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Train and mentor security personnel, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and resolutions.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities when necessary.
• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Male candidates only.
• Must be 30 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Security Supervisor.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle riding licence (mandatory).
• A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
• Certificate in Security Management or KCSE Certificate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and prepare basic reports.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A team player with the ability to manage and motivate security personnel.
• Flexible and willing to work across different assignments and locations as required.
