Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) invites applications from competent, results-oriented, knowledgeable, dynamic, visionary and experienced persons to fill vacant positions at the College Headquarters and campuses across Kenya.

KMTC is a state corporation established by an Act of Parliament under the Ministry of Health. Founded in 1927, the College plays a central role in training health professionals and supporting the delivery of quality healthcare services in Kenya. Through its campuses and specialised programmes, the institution continues to contribute to the development of a skilled health workforce for the country.

The KMTC Board of Directors is seeking suitable candidates for positions in academic training, information communication technology, finance, human resource management, library services, supply chain management, administration, security, transport and office support. The available opportunities offer professionals and support staff a chance to contribute to the College’s mandate of producing competent healthcare workers and strengthening institutional service delivery.

Responsibilities or duties

The Security Warden II will support the safety and security of KMTC staff, students, visitors, facilities and property. The officer will assist in monitoring access to College premises, conducting patrols and reporting security incidents. The role will help maintain a secure and orderly environment within the institution.

The officer will be expected to follow established security procedures and work with supervisors in responding to routine safety concerns. Duties may include controlling entry and exit points, monitoring College property and supporting emergency response measures. The position is important in protecting the College’s people, facilities and learning environment.
