ABOUT RISELINK HR CONSULTANCY

Riselink HR Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare institution.

Job Purpose

Provide a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, staff, hospital property, and assets through effective security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Control access to hospital premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas.
• Monitor CCTV systems where applicable.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
• Enforce hospital security policies.
• Assist with crowd and traffic management.
• Protect hospital property and assets.
• Prepare security incident reports.
• Support emergency evacuation procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct when interacting with patients and visitors.

Qualifications & Experience

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
• Security training from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
• Minimum one (1) year security experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
