WE ARE HIRING: CPA FINALIST – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT (FMCG)

Location: Baba Dogo, Ruaraka, Nairobi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a results-driven Accountant with strong FMCG experience and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics? We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team.

Position: Senior Accountant (CPA Finalist)

The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, cost control, compliance, and supporting business decision-making within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Requirements:

• CPA Finalist (Mandatory)
• a) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• b) Minimum 3 years’ experience in an FMCG company
• c) Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (NAV / Business Central preferred) – (Mandatory)
• d) Solid understanding of inventory accounting and cost management
• e) Experience in Tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, etc.)
• f) Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• g) High level of integrity and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• a) Inventory reconciliation and cost analysis
• b) Statutory filings and compliance
• c) Bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• d) Support internal and external audits
• e) Ensure accurate data capture in Microsoft Dynamics
• f) General ledger posting and allocation
• g) Fixed Asset management
• h) Payables & Receivables management

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
