• A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional certification such as CPA (K) or ACCA, or an equivalent, is mandatory.
• The candidate must possess a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably gained in a busy or high-volume organization.
• A strong understanding of IFRS, tax laws, and financial regulations is essential.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or Odoo) and advanced Excel skills are also required.
