JOB DETAILS:
A leading FMCG manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team and lead financial operations. This key role will oversee financial strategy, reporting, and cost management to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS and Kenyan tax regulations
- Oversee cost accounting, product profitability, and cash flow management
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
- Mentor and manage a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
- 10+ years of accounting experience, with 5+ years in senior finance roles
- Strong background in FMCG manufacturing (food, beverage, personal care)
- CPA-K qualification & ICPAK membership
- Expertise in cost accounting and financial management in manufacturing
Work Hours: 8
