Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Supervise junior accounting staff where necessary
• Improve and implement accounting procedures and internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
