Key Responsibilities
- Perform inventory reconciliations, stock valuation, and cost analysis.
- Prepare statutory tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and support cash flow management.
- Manage General Ledger postings, account allocations, and financial records.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting data in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Manage fixed assets, including records, reconciliations, and depreciation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial information and documentation.
- Prepare and support financial reporting and analysis as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- CPA Finalist - Mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' accounting experience within the FMCG industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Navision or Business Central - Mandatory.
- Good understanding of inventory accounting, costing, and financial controls.
- Practical experience in VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. High level of accuracy, integrity, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
