Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or related field from a recognized institution.
• Professional qualification such as cpa (k) / acca or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience, with 3 years in a senior finance or revenue management role, preferably in a hospital or large public institution.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management in healthcare settings.
• Experience in health insurance claims management (including sha/nhif systems).
• Proficiency in financial systems and hospital management information systems (hmis).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and financial control skills.
• Knowledge of public finance management act and county financial procedures.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in computer applications (excel, financial systems, reporting tools).
