JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications or requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA/ACCA qualified (CPA II minimum; CPA Finalist or Member preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Tally, Sage, or ERP
Experience needed
- 5+ years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or budgeting
Responsibilities or duties
- Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards to guide leadership decisions
- Ensure statutory compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost efficiency across production and exports
- Lead product costing, reconciliations, and monitor export profitability
- Support audits and liaise with regulatory agencies as needed
