JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Producing technical drawings
- Knowledge of UK planning and Building Regulations
- Providing technical guidance, support and mentoring to junior colleagues
- Coordinating third party consultants & suppliers, and contractors
Requirements:
- Ideally a Member of Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT)
- 5+ UK practice-based experience as an Architectural Technologist/Technician working on private residential projects
- Strong technical knowledge with a detail- focused approach
- Proven experience delivering technical drawings for construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
