Job Description:

Alkam & Mulila LLP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant – Accounting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional accounting and advisory services to our clients, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the firm’s growth through expertise and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality accounting, auditing, and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and offer strategic recommendations to clients.
• Manage client relationships, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Assist in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and auditing.

Qualifications:

• CPA (Kenya), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
