Key Responsibilities

Quantitative Survey Planning & Questionnaire Scripting: Design and script quantitative research surveys using KoboToolbox/XLSForm, including U&A studies, Brand Health Trackers, product concept tests, and trade audits.

Sampling Design, Tracking & Field Management: Develop representative sampling frameworks, monitor fieldwork and sample quotas, ensure data quality, and deliver projects on time.

Advanced Data Analysis, Coding & Excel Modelling: Clean, code, weight, analyse, and interpret survey data using Excel, including cross-tabulations, trend analysis, consumer behaviour, and pricing analysis.

Data Visualisation & Reporting: Translate research findings into clear dashboards, visualisations, and actionable insights to support strategic business decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Business Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in quantitative market research, survey programming, and data processing within an FMCG environment or a top-tier research agency (e.g., Ipsos, Kantar, NielsenIQ).

(Added Advantage): Professional certification in Advanced Excel, Data Science, or specialized training in ODK / KoboToolbox mobile data collection platforms.

Key Skills

Software & Tool Mastery: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and mobile data collection tools.

Quantitative Survey Planning & Questionnaire Scripting: Ability to design and script quantitative research surveys using KoboToolbox/XLSForm, including U&A studies, Brand Health Trackers, product concept tests, and trade audits.

Data Visualisation & Reporting: Ability to turn survey data and cross-tabs into clear charts, dashboards, and concise reports.

Research Methodology: Hands-on experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including surveys, sampling, focus groups, and in-depth interviews.

Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

Project & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple research projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate tasks effectively.
