Tatu is a project of Rendeavour, Africa’s largest urban land developer with over 30,000 acres of visionary projects in the growth trajectories of large cities in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia and Democratic Republic of Congo. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with Tatu City’s brand vision and market positioning.
- Oversee brand identity, creative assets, and content development across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
- Drive innovative campaign concepts that resonate with investors, businesses, and residents.
- Ensure visual storytelling excellence in photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Lead and mentor a creative team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Supervise creative production processes from concept development to execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work across all marketing platforms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and agencies on creative projects.
- Oversee website updates, ensuring brand consistency and user engagement.
- Develop digital marketing campaigns for both corporate and agency audiences in EMEA and MENA markets.
- Manage social media content strategies that enhance Tatu City’s visibility.
- Execute compelling copywriting, print media, and promotional materials.
- Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and top creative tools.
- Ensure high-quality graphic design, photography, and videography standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance customer experience through visual elements.
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles.
- Proven success in launching and managing new brands, particularly within corporate or agency settings.
- Experience in managing big multinational brands both from agency and corporate in-house is preferred
- Hands-on creative expertise with the ability to direct and execute photography, videography, and design work.
- Must present a strong portfolio showcasing major brands managed.
- Experience leading teams within creative operations.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools including Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Expertise in digital marketing, print media, copywriting, and content strategy for international and local brands.
- Familiarity with the real estate market is a plus
- Multilingual ability is an added advantage
