We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst! If you’re the kind of #analyst who goes beyond the spreadsheet - someone who understands valuation, can lead due diligence and turn financial data into real strategic decisions - Seal Associates wants you.
You’ll work on high-impact projects in capital raising, M&A, and financial restructuring, partnering directly with senior leaders and ambitious companies across diverse sectors.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- 3+ years in corporate finance, IB, PE, or advisory
- Sharp analytical + communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments
