JOB DETAILS:

Position Summary

Lead financial modelling, investment appraisal, and project finance analysis to evaluate the financial viability and bankability of the proposed development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and investment appraisals.
• Conduct NPV, IRR, ROI, and sensitivity analyses.
• Evaluate financing options and project risks.
• Prepare financial feasibility reports and investment recommendations.

Minimum Academic Qualification

• PhD in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline.

Professional Qualifications

• CFA, CIFA, CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience in financial modelling, project finance, and feasibility studies for real estate or infrastructure projects.
