A senior front end engineer designs, develops, and implements user-facing web applications, leading projects and mentoring junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

Design and Development: Create and refine features for web applications, focusing on user-centric and technologically advanced solutions. Technical Leadership: Take ownership of the entire software development life cycle, from idea to release, and provide technical expertise. Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor junior developers and collaborate with architects and QA engineers to ensure code quality and adherence to technical standards. Performance and Optimization: Drive improvements in web performance, user experience, and accessibility. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and contribute to technical improvements.

Programming Languages: Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript. Frameworks: Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React. Web Tools: Knowledge of modern web tools like Webpack, and experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices. API Development: Understanding of REST and GraphQL API development and best practices. Cloud and Testing: Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud Provider) and web testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Jest). Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges. Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience working in agile development environments.

Bachelor's degree in related field Full-Stack Capabilities: There is a growing expectation for senior front-end developers to possess full-stack capabilities, including some backend understanding and deployment skills.
