Job Purpose
This role will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening brand consistency across all marketing and corporate touchpoints. This role ensures that all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, upports campaign objectives, and elevates overall visual standards across the business.
Job Responsibility and Accountability
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all brands under the company portfolio
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across retail, digital, print, and corporate materials
- Design and execution of campaign visuals (ATL, BTL, digital, in-store)
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling, high-quality creative assets
- Develop key visuals and adapt them across multiple formats
- Design in-store POS materials, window displays, promotional assets, and dealer materials
- Support visual merchandising initiatives with strong design direction
- Develop presentations, reports, and corporate communication materials
- Ensure all internal and external communications are visually aligned with brand standards
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualification and Experience
- 4 - 6 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work and campaign execution
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience working across retail and digital environments
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
