Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior HR Consultant – Training who will spearhead HR capacity-building programs for our clients across Kenya. The ideal candidate is a trainer, facilitator, HR specialist, and consultant with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver high-quality learning programs. This is a regional role, requiring flexibility and readiness to conduct both physical and virtual training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training content, manuals, and HR learning materials
  • Facilitate HR training programs across Kenya
  • Conduct staff coaching and capacity-building workshops
  • Assess training needs and develop customized training solutions
  • Provide HR advisory support to client organizations
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness
  • Support organizational development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HR training, learning & development, or consulting
  • Strong presentation, public-speaking, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to travel regionally and manage multiple training assignments
  • Proficiency with MS Office and virtual training tools
  • Passion for business development and client relationship management
  • Must have: Laptop + Stable Internet

Renumeration

This position is commission-based only. Successful consultants earn 40% commission on all training sales and client engagements.
