Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior HR Consultant – Training who will spearhead HR capacity-building programs for our clients across Kenya. The ideal candidate is a trainer, facilitator, HR specialist, and consultant with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver high-quality learning programs. This is a regional role, requiring flexibility and readiness to conduct both physical and virtual training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training content, manuals, and HR learning materials
- Facilitate HR training programs across Kenya
- Conduct staff coaching and capacity-building workshops
- Assess training needs and develop customized training solutions
- Provide HR advisory support to client organizations
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness
- Support organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR training, learning & development, or consulting
- Strong presentation, public-speaking, and facilitation skills
- Ability to travel regionally and manage multiple training assignments
- Proficiency with MS Office and virtual training tools
- Passion for business development and client relationship management
- Must have: Laptop + Stable Internet
Renumeration
This position is commission-based only. Successful consultants earn 40% commission on all training sales and client engagements.
