Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) invites applications from competent, results-oriented, knowledgeable, dynamic, visionary and experienced persons to fill vacant positions at the College Headquarters and campuses across Kenya.

KMTC is a state corporation established by an Act of Parliament under the Ministry of Health. Founded in 1927, the College plays a central role in training health professionals and supporting the delivery of quality healthcare services in Kenya. Through its campuses and specialised programmes, the institution continues to contribute to the development of a skilled health workforce for the country.

The KMTC Board of Directors is seeking suitable candidates for positions in academic training, information communication technology, finance, human resource management, library services, supply chain management, administration, security, transport and office support. The available opportunities offer professionals and support staff a chance to contribute to the College’s mandate of producing competent healthcare workers and strengthening institutional service delivery.

The Senior Lecturer, Pharmacy will support the delivery of pharmacy training programmes at KMTC. The officer will be responsible for preparing and delivering lessons, guiding students through academic and practical learning activities, and participating in learner assessment. The role will also support curriculum implementation, academic quality assurance and the continued development of pharmacy training within the College.

The successful candidate will work closely with other academic staff to ensure that learners receive relevant instruction in line with the College’s training objectives. The position will contribute to research, mentorship, academic planning and departmental activities. The officer may also be required to support the preparation of training materials, examination processes and other academic duties assigned by the College.
