Responsibilities or duties
Design and maintain regular security processes to measure and improve the security posture of the bank and / or the 3rd Party Vendors.
Design and implement Detailed and Executive Summary Dashboards reflecting the accurate status of the security controls for the bank and / or the 3rd party Vendors.
Assess the security and technology proposals to deliver secure platforms to serve the business requirements.
Help to assess and approve the technology proposals to deliver secure platforms to serve the business requirements in DIBK.
Report and, Follow-up to remediate or mitigate the security gaps based on severity.
Coordinate with the Data Governances, SOC and Information Security whenever applicable.
Participate and enhance the Assets, Software and Data Discovery Program.
Coach, train and develop team skills by identifying training needs and assigning appropriate learning platforms to the team.
Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAS and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation.
Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of the department.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security or a relevant discipline as a minimum, master’s degree will be an advantage
Training / Skills
Information Security strategy
IT technology platforms across the IT domains.
IS security management and standards or benchmarks.
Effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and guidelines
Experience needed
Work Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience on Administration and / or Security of different Databases and Operating Systems
