Job Title: Senior Manager, Quality & Operational Excellence

The Senior Manager for Quality and Operational Excellence is responsible for implementing frameworks that improve operational efficiency and service quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop operational excellence strategies that improve efficiency across departments.
• Implement quality management frameworks that enhance service delivery standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that optimize internal processes.
• Develop operational metrics that support performance monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for process improvement initiatives.
• Implement best practices related to operational efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct operational audits that identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support leadership teams in implementing operational transformation strategies.
• Develop reporting frameworks that track operational excellence initiatives.
