Role Context
The Senior People Partner supports organizational development by aligning human resource strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR support to business leaders and operational teams.
- Develop talent management strategies that support workforce development.
- Implement performance management frameworks that support organizational goals.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Lead initiatives focused on leadership development and organizational capability building.
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution processes.
- Implement HR analytics tools that support workforce decision-making.
- Coordinate HR initiatives that support business transformation.
