Role Context

The Senior People Partner supports organizational development by aligning human resource strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR support to business leaders and operational teams.
  • Develop talent management strategies that support workforce development.
  • Implement performance management frameworks that support organizational goals.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead initiatives focused on leadership development and organizational capability building.
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution processes.
  • Implement HR analytics tools that support workforce decision-making.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives that support business transformation.
