- Coordinate grant compliance and portfolio management across country teams and relevant CBM functions, working with internal stakeholders to strengthen CBM’s position as a trusted and high-performing partner.
- Provide strategic and operational support to country programmes, with an initial focus on the RLMF portfolio while also supporting the wider NTD donor portfolio, particularly during critical planning, implementation and reporting periods.
- Capture and share lessons learned, facilitating collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the NTD portfolio.
You Have:
- A relevant academic degree in international development, public health or a related field.
- Substantial experience in grants management within multi-country, donor-funded health or development programmes, including compliance monitoring, budgeting and sub-award management.
- Experience managing or advising on institutional donor compliance frameworks at portfolio or multi-country level.
- Strong working knowledge of the NTD landscape and major NTD/global health donors.
- Experience managing sub-award or sub-grant agreements with in-country partners.
- Experience working across multiple country offices in matrix or international environments.
- Strong donor-facing communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and cross-cultural relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of autonomy.
- Professional proficiency in both English and French.
