About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the organization, driving collaboration between business and technology teams to deliver impactful results. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels at managing complex projects, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful execution in an Agile environment.

As a key member of the Vensure Innovation team, you will oversee project plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, manage risks, and communicate progress to senior leadership. You will play a critical role in driving innovation and continuous improvement while helping teams adopt best practices in project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Partner with project sponsors, business leaders, and stakeholders to define project goals and success criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide and coach project teams on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables using tools such as Smartsheet or similar project management platforms.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Monitor project progress and proactively remove obstacles to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and senior leadership, providing status updates, risk assessments, and escalation support.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation solutions to improve project management efficiency and team productivity.
• Collaborate across departments to drive consensus and support organizational change initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional corporate experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing projects in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
• Strong understanding of project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change management.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and project delivery.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, process improvement, or technology-driven initiatives.
