About the Role
Olkazi Consultants is seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultants to lead and grow our recruitment operations across Kenya.
This is a performance-based opportunity — ideal for professionals passionate about talent acquisition, business development, and mentoring junior consultants while earning based on tangible results.
You will play a pivotal role in developing client relationships, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring successful placements across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes — from client engagement to successful candidate placement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through strategic business development.
- Guide and mentor junior recruitment consultants to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Prepare recruitment reports and performance insights for management.
- Drive regional recruitment initiatives and represent Olkazi Consultants in client meetings and events.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Access to a laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Passion for sales and recruitment excellence.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position.
Earn 40% commission on all successful sales and placements you generate or oversee.
There is no fixed salary, making this role ideal for self-driven professionals who excel in results-oriented environments.
