JOB DETAILS:
SENIOR RESORT SUPERVISOR
Salary: KES 35,000 - 40,000
Location: Murang'a
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience on a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Resort operations and management
- Ensure proper planning of events and execution
- Maintain good business development and partnership management.
- Provide good leadership and possesses good team management skills
- Ensure excellent guest relations and customer experience.
- Inventory and resource management
