M-Gas is seeking to recruit a strategic and results-oriented leader to own the complete post-sale customer journey as our Senior Retention Manager.
Join us in our mission to provide accessible, secure and environmentally friendly cooking solutions nationwide. In this critical role, you won't just be acquiring customers; you'll be ensuring they succeed with M-Gas for the long term.
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven and customer-centric professional who is passionate about driving customer success and maximizing lifetime value. As the Senior Retention Manager, you will own and optimize the end-to-end post-sale experience, from the moment a customer verifies and onboard, through their activation, ongoing usage and even into recovery. You will be accountable for ensuring customers achieve consistent, successful product usage while the business achieves strong Lifetime Value (LTV), low churn and peak operational efficiency. You will drive results through strategic process design, operational rigor, deep data analysis and seamless cross-functional execution.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and managing post-sale customer journey programs (experience in subscription, IoT or consumer goods is a plus).
- Deep expertise in retention metrics (LTV, churn, cohort analysis) and the operational strategies used to influence them.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A process-oriented mindset focused on building scalable systems and operational rigor to support business growth.
- A genuine passion for the customer and a commitment to ensuring they find lasting value in M-Gas’s solutions.
