JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose

Support administration of SCM functions for effective procurement services.

Key Responsibilities

Process purchase orders, participate in disposal, prepare quotations/tenders, coordinate supplier documents, evaluate suppliers, generate LPOs/LSOs, track orders, inspect goods, maintain records.

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & Supplies Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Professional Qualifications

• Member of KISM or CIPS in good standing.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Fulfill Chapter Six of the Constitution.

Experience

6 years relevant experience, 3 at Supply Chain Management Officer I level or comparable.
