Responsibilities or duties
- Own the overall operation and growth of vivo Kenya’s official TikTok account, accountable for content performance and results
- Develop and execute a strong, localized TikTok content strategy with high creative and production standards
- Closely track TikTok trends, sounds, challenges, and algorithm shifts, and turn them into timely content opportunities
- Plan and manage collaborations with KOLs, KOCs, and local creators
- Analyze content performance and optimize posting rhythm and creative direction through data insights
- Support product launches and brand campaigns on TikTok
Qualifications or requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on TikTok or short-form video platform operation experience, with proven results
- Strong content instinct and clear understanding of what performs on TikTok
- Deep understanding of Kenyan youth culture and local content preferences
- Solid analytical mindset, able to use data to guide content decisions
- High execution capability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in mobile phone, tech, or FMCG brands is a plus
