Position: Senior Travel Consultant

Industry: Tours and Travel

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end travel planning (flights, accommodation, tours, visas, insurance)

Design customized itineraries for corporate and leisure clients

Handle complex bookings, changes, and travel disruptions

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Drive sales through upselling and client retention

Mentor junior consultants and support team performance

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality

Proven experience in travel consultancy (corporate & leisure preferred)

Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage
