GHB Europe is seeking a Senior Supervisor for Customer Service.
Responsibilities or duties
Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives.
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
Handle escalated customer issues and complaints.
Train and mentor new and existing team members.
