SERVICE CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Title: Service Centre Representative
Department: Customer Experience / Operations
Reports To: Service Centre Supervisor

Job Purpose

To provide high-quality customer service by handling customer inquiries, processing service requests, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and assist customers through walk-in, telephone, email, and digital channels.
  • Process customer applications, requests, and service transactions.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Achieve established service quality and turnaround time standards.
  • Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in customer service or front-office operations.
  • Experience in financial services is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
