SERVICE CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Title: Service Centre Representative
Department: Customer Experience / Operations
Reports To: Service Centre Supervisor
Job Purpose
To provide high-quality customer service by handling customer inquiries, processing service requests, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and assist customers through walk-in, telephone, email, and digital channels.
- Process customer applications, requests, and service transactions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Achieve established service quality and turnaround time standards.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in customer service or front-office operations.
- Experience in financial services is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
