Job Summary

As a Service Engineer, you’ll lead the charge in delivering high-quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting technical issues to supporting our maintenance contract performance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our equipment and our customer relationships, run smoothly. As a part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers’ facilities. What you will do

• Travel to customer sites
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
• Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes
• Train customer operators (if required)
• Support production plant efficiency
• Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development and growth
• Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
• Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols in accordance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
• Write a site visit report on completion of the work

We believe you have

• Between 1-3 years experience in maintenance ,service or installation within an industrial/ manufacturing (previous processes-oriented will be advantageous)
• An engineering degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical or related fields.
