Role Description
We are looking for a confident and disciplined Service Sales Specialistto help grow Nisc Cloud’s client portfolio.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, approaching potential clients, understanding their needs, preparing service proposals, following up consistently and closing paid business.
You will sell services including cloud hosting, domains, business email, website app development, digital marketing, Ai and automation.
This role is for someone who can create opportunities, not someone who waits for leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients
- Generate qualified leads through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, emails etc
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable Nisc Cloud services
- Prepare proposals and follow up until closure
- Maintain a clear sales pipeline and report weekly progress
- Build strong long-term client relationships
- Work with the internal team to ensure smooth handover after closing
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition
- Knowledge of SaaS systems, cloud hosting, digital marketing, Ai and advertising solutions.
- Ability to analyse client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- Self-driven, organized and confident speaking to business owners and decision makers
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Prior experience in a similar role or the digital solutions industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Compensation
Base salary plus commission.
