Job Overview

The ServiceNow Systems Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the IRC’s ServiceNow platform. This role will ensure the platform effectively supports IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and request management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Develop and maintain workflows, catalog items, and service portal pages.
• Manage user roles, groups, and permissions.
• Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patching.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript) and workflow automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
