ROLE OBJECTIVE

• Independent Finance control over Shipping & Distribution
• Ensure 100% reconciliation, POD compliance & timely invoicing
• Identify and quantify revenue leakage and process gaps

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Route Sales Reconciliation

• Daily stock → sales → returns → closing stock reconciliation, collections reconciliation & variance investigation.

POD Control

• Track POD received/pending, follow up missing PODs, short deliveries, claims & ensure timely closure.

Naivas Control

• Monitor SO → Delivery → PGI → Invoice → POD flow, identify exceptions & ensure closure.

PGI & Invoicing

• Monitor PGI transactions, identify unbilled dispatches & ensure timely PGI to Invoice conversion.

Open Sales Orders

• Monitor aged duplicate/open SOs, coordinate closure & ensure system vs physical movement match.

Shipping KPI Dashboard

• Track key metrics: dispatch vs plan, POD compliance, PGI pending, invoice pending, route variances & more.

Revenue Leakage

• Identify & quantify unbilled sales, shortages, missing PODs, deductions & gaps. Track recovery & preventive actions.

Internal Controls

• Review SOP & SAP controls, identify gaps, maintain exception tracker & report issues to management.

CORE EXPECTATION

• Ensure every dispatch is recorded, every delivery has POD, every PGI is invoiced, every route is reconciled and no revenue leakage remains unidentified.

• CA / Inter CA preferred
• 2 - 5 years relevant experience
• FMCG / Distribution / Shipping / AR / Internal Controls experience preferred
