Responsibilities / Roles

• Track containers and vessels across multiple shipping lines.
• File and lodge delivery orders with shipping companies.
• Process refunds and follow up on empty container returns.
• Handle validation procedures and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics operations.
• Liaise with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities.
• Provide timely updates to management on shipment status.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Female candidate, 25 years of age or below.
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ hands‑on experience in shipping, logistics, clearing, and forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of container tracking and vessel schedules.
• Familiarity with delivery order filing and refund processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
