JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Shop Attendant whose role is key in ensuring our clients feel welcome, valued, and supported while browsing our latest collections. You will assist with sales, merchandising, and maintaining a polished, organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Assist clients in finding products that suit their style and needs
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Keep track of stock levels and inform the manager of low inventory
• Assist in receiving and displaying new merchandise
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge
• Support social media content creation and customer engagement online
• Represent the brand at expos, exhibitions, and other events
• Contribute to in-store merchandising and visual displays
• Take initiative in suggesting improvements for the shopping experience
Requirements:
• Previous retail or fashion experience is an advantage
• A passion for fashion and styling
• Friendly, approachable, and confident personality
• Excellent command of English; strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and comfortable creating content for social media
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable attending off-site events such as exhibitions and expos
