Maximize Company sales in Agro, Vet, Public health and oxides by ensuring effective and healthy transactions in the respective sales regions as per standard requirements.

• Educate growers, dealers & distributors with technical information regarding the seeds
• Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
• Ensure timely, effective and prompt sales process that will assist in achieving your sales targets
• Ensure that there is proper use of resources (i.e. brochures, signage etc.) and other apparatus in your docket and that of the sales team
• Spearhead Sales to stockists/Agro-dealers for all OCIL products and equipment to all farming ventures in your region.
• Identify, select & appoint credible stockists partners (i.e. Stockiest, retailers etc.) and increase distribution network in your Region.
• Implement practical agronomic insight that brings value to the farmers and stockists through effective products positioning and demonstrations.
• Effective execution of positioning products for display, brand visibility, create product awareness through regular counter sales staff training and, support as a way of positioning OCIL as a market leader. Note that all outlets MUST have all key products.
• Plan and develop dealer/distributor network in specified territory according to agreed market development strategy
• Motivate dealers and distributors to promote portfolio of products and services
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition and new opportunities
• Resolve customers' complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Agriculture/ Horticulture or related field
• 4years' experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive and a track record of sales / commercial experience
