Your Essentials

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Sales Expertise: Proven track record in retail, particularly in an onboard setting, with a focus on delivering personalized service.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, approachable, and able to build strong rapport with guests.
