JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with inquiries and product selection.
• Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and priced.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and work areas.
• Receive, store, and issue stock according to company procedures.
• Operate equipment and systems safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory control and stock replenishment activities.
• Follow company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational and customer service goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse operations is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks where required.
• Honest, dependable, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
