Responsibilities

  • Welcome showroom visitors in a professional manner, identify their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate product features, explain technical specifications, pricing, and benefits, and answer customer queries.
  • Prepare sales quotations, orders, invoices, and maintain precise customer interaction records.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays, ensuring marketing brochures, samples, and catalogs are fully stocked.
  • Monitor showroom inventory levels, report missing or damaged stock, and ensure display equipment is safely maintained.
  • Follow up on customer leads and inquiries to support overall sales target achievement.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and escalate complex operational or technical issues to management.
  • Coordinate with stores, delivery, and technical teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum KCSE Secondary School Certificate or equivalent; a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or Customer Service is an added advantage.
  • Proven customer service, active listening, persuasion, and sales closing abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation and conduct.
  • Solid organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills under peak business hours.
  • High level of personal integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a showroom team.
