Background

Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya.

Role Context

Responsible for overseeing daily construction site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with required quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities, site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project timelines, progress, work quality, and resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Enforce health, safety, environmental, and construction standard compliance.
  • Manage site materials, equipment, manpower, and assist with cost control, procurement, and budget monitoring.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve defects or non-compliance issues promptly, and prepare regular progress reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in site supervision or construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, safety regulations, and contract management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills under pressure.
  • Proficiency in construction management/project tracking software is an added advantage.
