Job Summary

Manage the process at the customer site while ensuring safety, service continuity and strong customer relations. Act as a strong coordination between customer and Diversey team to support overall performance and revenue growth.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieving set sales targets
  • Following up timely payments with the customer.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Champion for trials for new advanced solutions on site in alignment with the Account Manager
  • Ensure customer KPIs are developed, delivered and sustained.
  • Consistent service execution
  • Performance monitoring
  • Proactive issue resolution
  • Provide weekly reports for review and optimization
  • Chemical optimization
  • Always plan and ensure adequate chemical inventory management on site.
  • Accurate demand forecasting
  • Daily stocks inventory
  • Liaising with Customer service for timely replenishment
  • Ensure timely release of LPOs from the customer to for smooth and uninterrupted chemical deliveries on site.
  • Safety champion within the site: Ensure compliance of Health & Safety Policy
  • Ensures PPE available and being used properly with site team
  • Safety Behaviour Valuation – Monthly
  • Mandatory technical support training– Annually.
  • MSDS, PIS and chemical documentation availability Daily
  • Ensure proper storage and labelling of chemicals at the point of use and at the chemical store
  • Availability of up-to-date safety Data Sheets for every chemical on site at the point of storage and use.
  • Regular training on chemical handling, PPE application, emergency response and safe operating procedures.
  • Routine site safety inspections, risk assessment of the new processes and chemicals to contiously identify and eliminate hazards.
  • Train and orient new staff on the site process and the corresponding Work Health and Safety policies undefined
  • Develop and regularly update SOPs to reflect chemical changes, ensure all risks are captured, and clearly define PPE requirements across all management activities.
  • Maintain supplies of cleaning materials and equipment, and site support supplies for smooth site operations.
