Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating the company’s social media pages.
• Design creative graphics and visual content for social media posts.
• Create captions, short videos, and basic promotional content.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Schedule posts and support daily content calendars.
• Track engagement, reach, and basic social media performance metrics.
• Support social media campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Must be highly skilled in graphic design for social media.
• Proficient in Canva and/or other graphic design tools.
• Ability to create eye-catching posts, banners, and simple animations.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and linked in.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
