Background information about the job or company

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Marketing Intern to support the growth and engagement of our SHR Domestic Workforce page. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about social media management, content creation, and digital marketing to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
  • Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and written posts tailored to our audience.
  • Manage page interactions by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
  • Assist in strategizing and executing social media campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and recommend innovative content strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with HR and recruitment objectives.

Qualifications or requirements

  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in social media management is a plus.
